Peach Pie Recipe

Pie Crust
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
- ¼ cup Ice water
Filling
- 6 Peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter for the crust. Add ice water and mix until dough forms. Divide in half, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes. 
- Roll out one half of the dough and fit into a pie dish. In another bowl, mix peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Pour into crust. 
- Roll out the second half of the dough and place over the filling. Seal edges and cut slits in the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. 
- Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
