Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup Ice water

Filling

  • 6 Peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter for the crust. Add ice water and mix until dough forms. Divide in half, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out one half of the dough and fit into a pie dish. In another bowl, mix peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Pour into crust.
  4. Roll out the second half of the dough and place over the filling. Seal edges and cut slits in the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
