- 4 cups Peaches peeled and chopped
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
- Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot. 
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 45 minutes. 
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
