Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water until smooth.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles and pour the peanut butter sauce over them. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
