Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water until smooth.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles and pour the peanut butter sauce over them. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
