Main Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles spaghetti or rice noodles
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- ¼ cup water as needed
- 2 tablespoon chopped peanuts for garnish
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions before serving.
