Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Provolone cheese, shredded
- 12 pieces Egg roll wrappers
- as needed Oil for frying
1. In a skillet, cook the sliced ribeye steak until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and green bell pepper until softened.
3. Return the steak to the skillet and mix with the vegetables. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the steak mixture in the center. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
5. Roll up the egg roll wrapper, sealing the edges with a bit of water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
