Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly steak sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the provolone cheese slices on top of the steak and vegetables. Let it melt.
Toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or on a skillet.
Fill the toasted hoagie rolls with the steak, cheese, and vegetable mixture.
Serve hot and enjoy!
