- 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
