Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 oz pisco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2. Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. 4. Strain into a chilled glass.
  5. 5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
