Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for frying Oil

Instructions 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  5. Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture.
  6. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
