- 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Rub the mixture all over the pork spare ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Cover the ribs with another sheet of aluminum foil and seal the edges.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the top layer of foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
