Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. 
- Rub the mixture all over the pork spare ribs. 
- Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. 
- Cover the ribs with another sheet of aluminum foil and seal the edges. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours. 
- Remove the top layer of foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. 
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, uncovered. 
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
