  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 4 units Sandwich buns split and toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 unit Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork pieces to about ¼ inch thickness.
  2. 2. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the pork pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
