Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 lb White Fish Fillets cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Add diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add fish chunks and cook until fish is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
