Potato Pancakes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 medium Onion grated
- 2 large Eggs
- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- 1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a mixing bowl. 
- 2. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well. 
- 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- 4. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan, flattening them with a spatula. 
- 5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. 
- 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
