Potato Skins Recipe
Crispy potato skins loaded with cheese, bacon, and green onions. Perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub potatoes clean and pierce them with a fork. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
Let potatoes cool slightly, then cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh, leaving a ¼-inch shell.
Brush potato skins with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
Fill each potato skin with cheese and bacon. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
