Pulled Pork
- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder boneless
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 6 buns Sandwich Buns
1. Place pork shoulder in slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Pour mixture over pork shoulder.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with forks.
6. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and mix with remaining sauce.
7. Serve on sandwich buns.
