Ingredients

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Unbaked Pie Crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
