Filling
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
Topping
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
