Main Ingredients
- 4  large onions peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Place the quartered onions on the baking sheet. 
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
- Toss to coat evenly. 
- Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the onions are tender and caramelized. 
- Serve warm.
