Main Ingredients
- 4 large onions peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the quartered onions on the baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the onions are tender and caramelized.
Serve warm.
