- 1 kg Pork Loin
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Rub the pork loin with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. 
- Place the pork loin in a roasting pan. 
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). 
- Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
