Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Gravy
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté sliced onion and mushrooms until tender.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms, stirring to combine. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
Return the patties to the skillet, spooning gravy over them. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the patties are cooked through.
