Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 200 g Salmon cooked and flaked
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. 
- Add the flaked salmon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped dill to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown. 
- Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
