  • 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 200 g Salmon cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  4. Add the flaked salmon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped dill to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
