Ingredients 

Gravy

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Biscuits

  • 1 package Refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven according to biscuit package instructions.
  2. Cook biscuits as per package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
