Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Gravy
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
Biscuits
- 1 package Refrigerated biscuit dough
Preheat oven according to biscuit package instructions.
Cook biscuits as per package instructions.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
