Sausage Strata Recipe
A hearty and delicious sausage strata perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 cups Bread cubes day-old
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cups Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the strata is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
