Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, cream cheese, and parsley.
Stuff mushroom caps with sausage mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
