Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Stir in the rolled oats, reduce heat to medium, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Stir the spinach mixture into the cooked oats. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
