Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless pork chops pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 units Sandwich rolls split
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 unit Tomato sliced
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the breaded pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwiches: spread mayonnaise on the rolls, add lettuce, tomato slices, and a schnitzel.
  7. 7. Serve immediately.
