Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 6 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add crispy rice cereal and mix until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread over the cereal mixture.
  5. Let cool until the topping is set. Cut into bars and serve.
