Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and mixed seafood. Cook until seafood is just done.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
