- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Whisk until well mixed.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and stir to combine. Serve hot.
