Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Whisk until well mixed. 
- 2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 
- 4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens. 
- 5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and stir to combine. Serve hot.
