Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 4 cups Mashed Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, carrots, peas, and corn to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in tomato paste and flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
