Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, carrots, peas, and corn to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
