  • 2 tablespoon grated cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butter the ramekins and crack 2 eggs into each.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over the eggs in each ramekin.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the whites are set but yolks are still runny.
