Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 stalks green onions sliced
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Add garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove from wok and set aside.
Add peas and carrots, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push veggies to the side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and shrimp back into the wok. Stir-fry everything together.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
