  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup White wine
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
