Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 slices White bread crusts removed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until it forms a paste.
  2. 2. Spread the shrimp paste evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the bread, shrimp side down, until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side until crispy.
  5. 5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
