  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
