- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 6 Sandwich Rolls
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Add the beef broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
4. Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
5. Serve the shredded beef on sandwich rolls.
