Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Red Wine optional
- 4 Carrots sliced
- 4 Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary dried
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown the beef on all sides.
2. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker. Add all other ingredients.
3. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
