Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. 
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, heavy cream, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper. 
- 3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the mixture. 
- 4. Place the chicken pieces in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. 
- 5. Add butter on top. 
- 6. Cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through. 
- 7. Serve hot with rice or naan.
