  • 1 kg Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, heavy cream, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the mixture.
  4. 4. Place the chicken pieces in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  5. 5. Add butter on top.
  6. 6. Cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or naan.
