Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
Return chicken to the slow cooker and stir in cream of chicken soup.
Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and add to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until biscuits are cooked through.
