Slow Cooker Pepper Steak Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 cup Beef broth
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1. Place beef strips in the slow cooker. 
- 2. In a bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over beef. 
- 3. Add sliced onion and bell peppers on top. 
- 4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender. 
- 5. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the slow cooker. Cook until sauce has thickened.
