Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 cup Beef broth
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. Place beef strips in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over beef.
3. Add sliced onion and bell peppers on top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
5. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the slow cooker. Cook until sauce has thickened.
