- 4 ears Corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
Brush the corn with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Place the corn directly on the smoker grates.
Smoke the corn for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove the corn from the smoker and serve hot.
