- 8 oz Smoked Salmon finely chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Capers drained
- 1 teaspoon Horseradish
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
Fold in the smoked salmon, dill, capers, and horseradish.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
