Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar for caramel
- 4 Eggs
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- 1 can Evaporated milk 12 oz
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until it becomes a golden caramel. Pour into a baking dish and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water. Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
