Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar for caramel
- 4 Eggs
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- 1 can Evaporated milk 12 oz
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until it becomes a golden caramel. Pour into a baking dish and let it cool. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. 
- Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the baking dish. 
- Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. 
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
