Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Long grain rice
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Frozen peas

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add rice and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, salt, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add frozen peas, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
