Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add frozen peas, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
