Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add chopped red bell pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  4. Pour in fish stock and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add fish chunks, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
