Spicy Potatoes and Scrambled Eggs

- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender and crispy, about 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Push the potatoes to one side of the pan and add butter to the empty side.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the potatoes and serve hot.
