Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • 6 cups Cucumbers, sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil until salt and sugar dissolve.
  2. Place garlic, red pepper flakes, and fresh dill in the jar.
  3. Pack cucumber slices into the jar.
  4. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, making sure they are fully submerged.
  5. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
