- 1 cup Sushi Rice
- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds optional
- 1 piece Green Onion sliced
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well.
3. Once the rice is cooked, divide it between two bowls.
4. Top each bowl with the spicy tuna mixture.
5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if using.
