Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce for dipping

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
  3. 3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. 4. Place a line of the tuna mixture along the bottom edge of the rice.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, applying gentle pressure.
  6. 6. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
  7. 7. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
