Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 piece Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
  6. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
